Information Technology Technician ( I.T.)

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Provides software support. (25%)
  2. Supports and maintains clinical database system. (20%)
  3. Provides training to staff on software. (15%)
  4. Assists and provides IT support. (20%)
  5. Prepare, repair, upgrade or replace new or damaged hardware. (20%)

Position Background:
  1. Associate’s degree in computer science or related field.
  2. Two or more years of experience in:
    1. Software support; and
    2. Troubleshooting hardware issues.
  3. Knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
  4. Valid Texas driver’s license, auto liability insurance and safe driving record.

Schedule:
  • Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

* All staff must complete one week of orientation in our Spicewood Location. Orientation in Monday - Friday and will be paid.
