This position provides communication, reception services and clerical support to the organization. The position operates the telephone switchboard, answers and triages calls, manages the voicemail system, receives visitors, processes incoming/outgoing mail as directed, and performs clerical duties as assigned by the supervisor. The successful candidate will have experience using a multi-line phone system & other office equipment; communicate in an effective and professional manner, and exhibit excellent customer service skills in all aspects of work.
- High school diploma or GED and one year experience, preferably in a medical environment required.
- Monday through Friday, 8a-5p.
*All staff must complete one week of orientation in our Spicewood Location. Orientation is Monday-Friday and will be paid.
