Position: Team Leader  (Manager)

Job Responsibilities: Hospice Austin is looking for a Team Leader to manage the provision and coordination of interdisciplinary services and supervision of staff, as well as cultivate and facilitate relationships with long-term care facilities.   The successful candidate will have demonstrated organizational skills, able to self-direct & independence in fulfilling role obligations.

Position Background:
  1. Degree from accredited school of nursing (BSN preferred), Degree from accredited school of social work or seminary.
  2. Licensed as a Registered Nurse. LMSW license or one year Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) or equivalent.
  3. Valid Texas driver’s license, auto liability insurance and safe driving record.
  4. CPR certification, if a registered nurse.
  5. One year management experience.
  6. Demonstrated organizations skills, self-directed & independence in fulfilling role obligations.
Preferred Position Background: 
  1. 3 years previous supervisory experience.
  2. Previous home health or hospice experience.
  3. Thorough understanding of hospice regulations.

* All staff must complete one week of orientation in our Spicewood Location. Orientation in Monday - Friday and will be paid.
