Rewarding Work You Will Do:
Offer technical assistance on the delivery, configuration, set up, maintenance and troubleshooting of hardware, software and computer systems.
Provide help desk support.
Ensure individual systems meet user requirements and are installed and configured to achieve critical outcomes.
Develop, revise and deliver hardware and software documentation.
Prepare new equipment and provide training for staff on the proper use of company issued phones, laptops and related accessories.
Create or deactivate user accounts in Active Directory. Set up email and network drives.
Train users on how to use variety of technologies including virtual meetings (Teams/Zoom), VPN connectivity, Remote Desktop Protocol, Internet connections and mobile hotspots.
Success Capabilities:
Associate’s degree in information and computer technology or related field required.
Two years hardware and software support experience preferred.
Ability to communicate well with end-users at all levels.
Able to work effectively both independently and in a collaborative team environment.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory and networking methodologies.
Valid Texas driver’s license, proof of auto liability insurance and safe driving record.
