Rewarding Work You Will Do:
  • Offer technical assistance on the delivery, configuration, set up, maintenance and troubleshooting of hardware, software and computer systems.
  • Provide help desk support.
  • Ensure individual systems meet user requirements and are installed and configured to achieve critical outcomes.
  • Develop, revise and deliver hardware and software documentation.
  • Prepare new equipment and provide training for staff on the proper use of company issued phones, laptops and related accessories.
  • Create or deactivate user accounts in Active Directory.  Set up email and network drives.
  • Train users on how to use variety of technologies including virtual meetings (Teams/Zoom), VPN connectivity, Remote Desktop Protocol, Internet connections and mobile hotspots.
Success Capabilities:
  • Associate’s degree in information and computer technology or related field required.
  • Two years hardware and software support experience preferred.
  • Ability to communicate well with end-users at all levels.
  • Able to work effectively both independently and in a collaborative team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory and networking methodologies.
  • Valid Texas driver’s license, proof of auto liability insurance and safe driving record.
